Production analyst in a busy operations cell. My days were about watching, fixing and shipping — making sure applications stayed up, batches ran on time, and the marketing team got its data.

- Supervise production and partner interfaces
- Write operations procedures
- Test, validate and deploy applications every week
- Watch, fix and launch daily batches
- Configure and run Nagios
- Pull SQL extracts from customer databases for marketing
- Write and adapt SQL correction scripts
- Transform and integrate flat files
- Support users and the dev teams during releases
- Onboard new members of the team
